[Start-time for Guests from Inverness = 9am] [Start-time for Guests from the Invergordon Cruise Port = 8:30am] We can't wait to welcome you on our local tour and introduce you to your wonderful guide. He spent many memorable years at Culloden Battlefield and truly loves sharing stories about our local history, the battle, 18th-century Highland life, and proud clan traditions. Together, we’ll take a meaningful walk through the beautiful grounds of Culloden Battlefield to honor the fallen and perhaps even connect with your own roots. Along our journey, you'll discover the lovely stories behind Highland culture, tartans, kilts, and folklore. We'll also explore a stunning castle right on the shores of Loch Ness, visit a charming local farm to say hello to some adorable Highland cows, and stop by a cozy village for a taste of local treats. To wrap up our adventure, we’ll visit the Black Isle’s last remaining distillery to enjoy a delightful dram or two of whisky, and maybe even try a heartwarming nature ritual for health and happiness! This is one of our absolute favourite and most popular tours, and because spaces fill up so quickly, we warmly recommend booking ahead of time to make sure you secure your tour date.
